Biography
Dr. Gomez joined the faculty in 2013. She completed her doctoral research under the National Science Foundation’s Future Renewable Electric Energy Distribution Management (FREEDM) Systems Center. Her research contributed to an understanding of a synthesis and design approach for new electrode materials with application in modern high tech machinery. Her teaching philosophy in action is such that when students leave the classroom, they are more competent than when they entered and confident that they have mastered the objectives of the day.
