Svihla awarded collaborative NSF EAGER grant

Prof. Vanessa Svihla was awarded a collaborative NSF EAGER grant (PaiRED: Partnering Across Insiderviews of RED, FY1922, $100,000, EAGER EEC #1913128) with collaborating PI Suzannah Davis (Oregon State University) and PI Nadia Kellam (Arizona State University) to examine how positionality and relationships impact change processes within RED teams. The team is performing this work through broad interviews and analysis of Revolutionizing Engineering and Computer Science Departments (RED) NSF awardees.
